WUSA9 interviews Alan Lescht about returning to work after COVID-19

May 26, 2020

WUSA9 (CBS) recently interviewed Managing Shareholder Alan Lescht.  Journalist Bruce Johnson asked Alan about safeguards for employees returning to work during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alan explained that employees “are going to be required to come in unless they can demonstrate that they have some underlying medical condition that makes it more likely than not that by coming to work that they have a real risk of becoming infected.”  However, “businesses and employers need to comply with the restrictions that the District has imposed,” such as social distancing.
