Featured FAQS

Q: Do I have a case?
A: We will evaluate your case during an initial consultation with one of our attorneys. The consultation gives us a chance to talk to you about what happened to you and about your goals and expectations. Based on the information you provide, we will make an assessment about whether your rights have been violated, what claims you can bring, and whether we can represent you.
Q: How do I hire your firm?
A: The first step is for us to determine whether we can help you. Please call or email us to speak with our intake staff. They will ask you for some basic information about your situation and can schedule a consultation for you to speak with one of our attorneys. If we can represent you, we will enter into a retainer agreement with you.
Q: How much do you charge for a consultation?
We charge $500 for an initial consultation. We can conduct the consultation in person or on the phone.
