Our client worked for the Department of Homeland Security. The Agency suspended his access to classified information and then proposed to suspend our client indefinitely. We appealed the suspension to the MSPB, arguing that the agency violated our client’s due process rights. The MSPB found in our client’s favor and ordered the agency to return him to work. The Agency also restored his access to classified information.
