With over a decade of experience in employment litigation and administrative proceedings, Courtney was recently appointed to the D.C. Bar’s Board of Professional Responsibility Hearing Committee for a three-year term. She joins the firm from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where she served as an Administrative Judge in the Washington Field Office, presiding over hundreds of federal employee discrimination complaints.
