Taylor v. ARE, Inc.

Case No. 01-7204 (D.C. Superior Court, 2005)

Our clients formerly worked for a restaurant in the District of Columbia. They retained us after Defendant terminated their employment after they complained of workplace discrimination. We filed suit in D.C. Superior Court alleging wrongful termination. The jury found that Defendant violated the D.C. Human Rights Act, and awarded our clients compensatory damages and attorney’s fees.
