Our client retained us after his employer, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), retaliated against him for filing an EEO complaint. The Agency attributed an error to him even though another employee was at fault. After an EEOC Administrative Judge dismissed his complaint, we convinced the Office of Federal Operations to overturn the judge’s decision and order to case to be scheduled for a hearing.
