A federal employee with over 12 years federal experience and 11 years of active duty military and National Guard service retained us to defend a proposal to suspend her for 5 days for alleged failure to follow procedures and failure to exercise due diligence. We provided a written response defending the client’s actions and detailing subsequent events. The Agency rescinded the proposed suspension in its entirety based on the written response.
