A federal employee retained us to respond to a proposed demotion for five specifications of alleged misconduct.  We submitted a response arguing that the agency violated our client’s due process rights and committed harmful error, and that the factual allegations were inaccurate.  Based on our response, the deciding official reduced the proposed penalty to an official reprimand.
