Our client filed an EEO complaint against the Navy based on discrimination and hostile work environment. The agency dismissed her claims without an investigation. We appealed the decision to the Office of Federal Operations, who reversed the agency’s dismissal and reinstated our client’s claims. The OFO ordered the agency to investigate.
