Our firm represented former federal employee Napoleon Harris in a wrongful termination case in U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. We filed suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, alleging that the Department of the Army fired Mr. Harris in retaliation for complaining about discrimination. After a seven-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in our client’s favor and awarded $300,000 in compensatory damages.
