The government revoked our client’s security clearance based on charges of criminal conduct and security violations. We represented the client at an administrative hearing before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). At the hearing, we presented evidence that the client did not engage in security violations and that the prosecutor dropped all criminal charges. We also called witnesses who testified to our client’s excellent performance and good character. The DOHA administrative judge agreed with our evidence and arguments. The government reinstated our client’s clearance and returned him to his position of record.
