A federal employee contacted us after being terminated from her position at the Department of Veterans Affairs. The employee believed the removal was in retaliation for EEO complaints that she had filed against her supervisor. After appealing the termination to the MSPB, the agency agreed to reinstate the employee to a new position with back pay and benefits and pay all of her attorney’s fees.
