Our client received a notice of proposed removal after contractors complained about her. In the written response and oral reply, we demonstrated that the contractors complained about our client because she told her supervisors that the contractors’ services were no longer needed. Based on our response, the agency rescinded the removal and offered our client a different position at the same grade and pay.
