Our client received a proposed removal for conduct that was the result of the agency’s failure to provide reasonable accommodations.  We submitted a written response to the proposed removal, demonstrating the connection between the client’s disability and the conduct.  We also alleged that the agency had discriminated against the client for her disability by denying her requests for reasonable accommodations.  Based on our response, the agency rescinded the proposed removal.
