Joyce Dozier

Joyce Dozier joined Alan Lescht and Associates as Office Administrator in 2012 and has been invaluable to the firm ever since. Joyce brings decades of professional experience, starting her career in the federal sector for more than ten years. Joyce has also worked as a Legal Secretary and Office Manager at two large firms based in Washington, DC. Joyce is a graduate of the University of District of Columbia and the USDA Graduate School, and has completed courses in paralegal studies, legal literature, legal research, and communications.

As the firm’s Office Administrator, Joyce ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm, including handling client inquiries and billing, and assisting the attorneys in all aspects of the practice. Joyce is often the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, and is responsible for scheduling consultations, obtaining relevant case information, and answering inquiries related to the process of obtaining legal representation.
