J. Cathryne Watson (Katie) has 12 years of experience representing federal and private sector employees in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, disciplinary appeals, performance-based appeals, administrative investigations, and security clearance appeals. She provides skillful and able representation to clients in federal court and before the MSPB, EEOC, and agency-level tribunals.
Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, P.C., Katie specialized in representing Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) employees in connection with disciplinary actions before the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility, as well as security clearance actions by the FBI’s Security Division. Katie has represented hundreds of FBI agents in investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Inspector General (OIG) and FBI Internal Affairs.
