Law Clerk Audrey Coffey assists the firm’s attorneys in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination and harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and other employment violations.
Audrey graduated with honors from William & Mary Law School. During law school, she served as a student advocate in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic. Through the clinic, she participated in mediation and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to advocate for necessary placement, tools, and accommodations for give students a meaningful learning experience. Audrey also served as a staff member for the William & Mary Law Review, competed on the Moot Court team, and became Co-President of the Plaintiffs’ Law Society. She expanded her writing skills in judicial externships with a district court judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as an appellate judge in the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Prior to law school, Audrey worked in human resources for a law firm, where she learned the importance of employee wellness practices. She graduated from Drexel University with honors, earning a degree in psychology. Her time as a research assistant in a Drexel forensic psychology lab expanded her interest in the intersection of mental health and the legal field.
