Applicant v. Department of Defense

Our client worked for an Army component in Virginia after a long career with another federal agency. After applying for a Top Secret Clearance, he received a Notice of Intent to Revoke his eligibility for access to Classified Information and a Statement of Reasons based on five charges of personal conduct and five charges of misuse of information technology.

We countered the charges with detailed responses, and obtained 16 letters of support to be submitted with the reply. We received a favorable decision, and the client was granted a Top Secret clearance.
