Rachel Saady-Saxe represents federal government employees and private-sector clients in cases involving workplace discipline, discrimination, security clearances, and other employment matters.
Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, P.C., Rachel worked at a federal agency, adjudicating employment discrimination claims. She has broad experience in litigation and general civil rights matters, having had internships where she represented clients in a variety of employment matters.

She worked as a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, successfully representing clients in employment disputes. She served as the Senior Technology Editor for the Administrative Law Review, and was a member of the Mock Trial Team, which won the Region III National Trial Competition. Rachel also received the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.
