Employment Attorney Fees

Providing Strategic and Results-Driven Legal Services

Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., offers a variety of fee arrangements, depending on the nature of the case and the preference of the individual client:

Flat rate fees — This type of fee arrangement is particularly suitable for work such as the drafting or review of an employment contract, noncompete agreement or confidentiality agreement.

Hourly fees — We charge affordable hourly fees, appropriate in cases that require research, several attorney-client interactions or hearings before administrative bodies.

Contingency fees — Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., takes some cases on a contingency basis, meaning that you will owe a fee only if we obtain compensation for you. This type of fee arrangement is particularly suitable in cases involving employment discrimination claims, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims and retaliation.

Hybrid fees — This is a fee arrangement that combines a retainer and a contingency component.

As our client, you will benefit from our extensive experience in employment law matters. This experience enables us to quickly grasp the essential issues in a case, saving you both time and money.
