Rani Rolston joined the firm as an associate in 2007.  Her practice focuses on the representation of federal and public sector employees in all areas of employment discrimination such as sexual harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, unequal pay, wage and overtime violations, Family and Medical Leave Act, age, disability, and public policy violations.  She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. 

Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, Ms. Rolston worked as a staff attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison, LLP.  Prior to her graduation from law school, Ms. Rolston interned for the late Honorable Willard Craig Broadwater on the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, interned for the United States International Trade Commission, and interned for the employment law firm, Cassidy, Myers, Cogan, and Voegelin, LC.
