Susan advises and represents employees and corporate clients in all areas of employment law including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Her practice involves litigation in the state and federal courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. She also has extensive experience representing federal government employees throughout the administrative processes of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board.
Susan has been practicing law for over 25 years. Her experience includes working in-house at two corporations and also serving as Assistant Fairfax County Attorney where she defended the County and County employees in civil litigation matters. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
