Erin McNamara is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and is licensed to practice law in Virginia.
Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, Erin served as a law clerk for the Honorable W. Reilly Marchant and Honorable Joi J. Taylor at the Richmond Circuit Court in Richmond, Virginia. Erin also interned for the Honorable LeRoy F. Millette, Jr., at the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. at the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
During law school, Erin served as an Articles Editor on the William & Mary Law Review. Erin spent a semester with the Elder & Disability Law Clinic, where she assisted with creating plans to deal with legal and financial issues and drafted documents to carry out those plans. Erin also served as a summer intern at Partnership for Children’s Rights, a non-profit law firm that advocates for disabled children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
A native of the Northern Virginia/D.C. area, Erin graduated cum laude from The George Washington University. For most of her undergraduate career, Erin worked part time at the United States Department of Justice.
